His passport may say Asplenium Nidus but to friends he’ll always be known as Mowgli. He does have a tendency to disappear into the jungle for a few days, but we’ve talked to him about it and he promised to stay put from now on. The Asplenium or Birds Nest Fern is a plant that doesn’t like to be in the spotlight and would rather be in the shade. Just because he’s hiding doesn’t mean Mowgli doesn’t love you! He’ll shower you with fresh oxygen from his corner of the room as a token of his appreciation. Isn’t that lovely!
